In 2014, pecan orchards using Agriwater's Water Treatment Technology in Hartswater showed significantly higher yields and nut sizes compared to untreated orchards, with treated orchards averaging 74% oversize nuts versus 41% for untreated ones. The Choctaw variety's oversize percentage increased from 70.5% to 99.6% after treatment. Treated orchards achieved prices R4-5/kg higher, resulting in an additional R6,000 to R15,000 per hectare in income, highlighting the effectiveness of Agriwater's technology in improving crop quality and profitability.
